Finding Good Framework

FIRES

FIRES describes five internal navigation systems every person already has, developed relationally through influence with others: Feelings (the signal that tells you when you're on the right track), Influence (what you're creating with others), Resilience (how you've handled difficulty before), Ethics (what actually matters to you), and Strengths (what you bring to any room).

FIRES is not a framework to learn or an assessment to complete. It's the answer to the question every leader is asking: "What does this person bring to the table — and do they know they bring it?" When someone can't see their own FIRES clearly, they don't show up as confident — they show up as defensive, stuck, or invisible. When another person asks the right questions, something shifts. That shift is the mechanism Finding Good is built around.
